1. Service Description
The Content-Only Package includes:
One (1) monthly strategy session (recording support)
Editing and delivery of one (1) long-form video or podcast episode
3–5 short-form video clips (repurposed from the main recording)
7–10 social media graphics (formatted for various platforms)
Final asset delivery via a shared Google Drive folder or other mutually agreed method
2. Payment Terms
The monthly fee for this package is $1,000, billed in advance.
A minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months is required.
After the initial 3-month period, the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved method.
No refunds will be issued once content creation has begun for the billing cycle.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery of services, you agree to:
Schedule and complete your monthly recording session within the agreed-upon timeline
Provide all necessary brand assets, preferences, or other requested materials within 5 business days of each new billing cycle
Communicate promptly and clearly throughout the process
Note: If deliverables are delayed due to lack of client input or unresponsiveness, we reserve the right to consider that month’s services fulfilled without refund or rollover.
4. Delivery Timeline
Final content assets will be delivered within 10 business days of receiving all required inputs.
Rush requests may be accepted at an additional fee and subject to availability.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full rights to all final video, audio, and graphic assets delivered through this service.
All strategy systems, frameworks, and proprietary methods (e.g., the ACE Method, Mission Aligned Content System) remain the intellectual property of Mission First Consulting.
You may not resell or redistribute the processes, frameworks, or documentation provided without written consent.
6. Use of Deliverables
You are granted a license to use the deliverables for business and marketing purposes.
Mission First Consulting reserves the right to feature your project (in part) in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
No guarantees are made regarding business performance, lead generation, or sales results from content delivered.
You assume full responsibility for how content is published, distributed, and used.
In no event shall Mission First Consulting be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the services provided.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Disclaimer
While we aim to deliver high-impact content and guidance, we cannot guarantee specific business results. You are responsible for implementing and distributing your content.
